Job Description: I am a guide and I counsel campers for the time that they are at camp and teach them life values, such as manners and responsibility, while having fun and playing games. I am in the adventure department, so I teach riflery, archery, mountain biking and boarding, rock climbing, and outdoor education. I emphasize the importance of safety while having fun in each class.
Qualifications: Applicants must complete a series of interviews with Lonehollow full-time staffers. Lonehollow seeks out patient, fun, and optimistic people to be counselors.
Opportunities: Counselors at Camp Lonehollow receive free room and board as well as about $500 every two weeks. Pay varies based on age and experience.
